(C) Copyright 1990, MARTIN BOUCHARD
NODE-FIND 2.25 IS SHAREWARE, YOU MUST BUY IT AFTER AN
EVALUATION OF 15 DAYS.
ANY USE AFTER THE 15 DAYS TRIAL PERIOD IS ILLEGAL.
NodeFind is a QuickBBS DOOR that searches node information by
field. The user can search a Name, a Location, a Phone number,
a Baud rate or a Node number in the QuickBBS Node list file.
Unlike other similar doors, Node-Find is fast. It uses a
powerfull algorithm to search information accross the Node list
file.
Node-Find uses the Easy-Door library for the DOOR frame. So,
it's a very safe door and can't be bugged by a carrier lost or
an inactivity timeout.
Node-find uses ANSI color if the user has choosen ANSI in his
QuickBBS preferences.
Technical information:
- Hang up after 3 minutes of inactivity.
- Warns the user 30 sec. before the inactivity.
- Supports ANSI standard control code.
- Uses revision 5 FOSSIL DRIVER (X00, BNU, ETC.).
- Checks for the user daily timelimit.
- Has powerfulls hot keys like QuickBBS.
- Has an information/status bar.
Node-Find uses the QNL_DAT.BBS file when searching information.
The NFIND25.EXE file must be in the QuickBBS main directory.
Node-Find uses a normal type DOS shell.

A note to programmers:
If you're a QuickBasic programmer and want to program your own
doors, watch out for Easy-Door. Easy-Door is a QuickBasic
library that reduces your programming time and that take care
of everything. Easy-Door is available on BBS's that have the
PDN file network. File name is EasyDRXX.EXT. Where XX is the
version number and .EXT the archive extension.
